It is being recommended by doctors and dentist the regular intake of milk and other dairy products for they are fortified with Vitamin D and are essential fro having a healthy set of teeth. In any cases lack of calcium may result in the body taking the much needed substance from itself and Vitamin D is needed to process it for having either Calcium or Vitamin D only is not a healthy choice. Vitamin B complex is essential in blood regeneration and it could be found in whole grain bread. The blood keeps the tissues supply with oxygen, thus when blood are healthy the tissues are oxygenated. Take note that gums are a little bit exposed tissues. Eating grains will make gums and blood a healthy relationship. Protein is also important in having a balance and healthy oral health.
